Sampled from 22-oz bomber at Cellars Wine & Spirits in St Paul, Minnesota. Shared by BDR. Pours a hazy rusty red brew with a thin light pink head that slowly dissipates to a fine pink film top. Aroma of tart raspberries, mild white bready malt, a touch of yeast and some barn yard funk. Taste is medium bodied, well-carbonated with flavors of tart raspberries, multi-grain bread-like malt with some yeast character. Finish is mildly bitter and tart with a lingering tart berry aftertaste. Not the Flemish sour caliper beer but still enjoyable.

Jul 10, 2008 Sampled at Bockyhorsey’s Bocky Bash on 7-5-08. Raspberry aroma hits the nose. Raspberry flavor was good and thicker body texure for a fruit beer over the carbination that uasually is present. Good fruity brew.

Jul 8, 2008 Sampled at Bockyhorsey’s Bocky Bash on 7-5-08. Cranberry red pour with a small fizzy pink head. Lots of rasberries and a bit of malt and tartness in the aroma and flavor. Almost no hint of the high ABV. Really good fruit brew.

Jul 7, 2008 Bottle sampled at the 7/5/08 Bocky Bash locals tasting. Pours a cloudy cranberry juice color with minimal head. Nose is raspberry puree and a bit of funk. Taste is fresh raspberries, bubble gum and malt. Full bodied mouth feel. Good stuff.

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle courtesy tpd975. Pours a clear ruby red with a small light pink head that leaves spoty lacing. Aroma of fresh tart raspberries on top of more raspberries. Taste starts off with a touch of sweet malt and finishes with tons of tart raspberries. Medium tart mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitternee and insainly hidden alcohol.

Jun 17, 2008 Red pour with a snappy pink head. Aroma is very tart...with berries! Flavor is tart raspberry as well as blackberry and currants, some bread. Finishes more acidic than I expected. Very nice, 12.3? Hid the alcohol well...
