Thanks to the guy pouring, I drank a lot of full pours of this fine brew. dchmela (1440), Orlando, Florida, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Apr 5, 2007 Courtesy boboski. Strangely silent pour. Black. Small, light brown layer of foam. Nose of roasted coffee beans, burnt malt, bittersweet dark chocolate. Similar flavor, more intense, adds fresh oats. Bitter, roasted finish. Finish and aftertaste are rather short lived. Wonderful palate on this one- medium/full body, foamy yet creamy, very drinkable. Would be an excellent breakfast beer, well named. Great stout.
