Commercial Description:
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Very average IPA. Purchased a case on sale becuase it was a year old. Very good, very foamy. I need to try a "fresh" one, because even over a year old it was hoppy and delicious.

On tap at the brewpub. Semi-cloudy amber with small white head. Aroma is up front citrus and tropical with caramel and bubblegum. Flavor is once again very hop forward citrus and tropical with very dry caramel but well balanced bitterness, semi-resiny, pretty tasty. Medium body and and creamy carbonation. Absolutely fantastic, one of those go to beers for sure. If this is fresh, this is way better than most ipa’s even two hearted or alpha king.

12 oz bottle. Lightly hazed orange amber with a big white head. Fat grapefruit rind nose and flavor, some sweet caramel. Simple and solid, it brings the hops hard, and I dig it.

(12oz bottle) Medium off-white head atop hazy amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange/grapefruit, some spice, light caramel. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some pine, caramel, light orange. Soft medium body, light resin, surprisingly drinkable. Alcohol noticeable but just barely.

Orange with a thin off white head. Aroma was citrus and floral hops; Flavor was the same with a bit of a mineral finish.

On tap; deep orange color, thin head. Big grapefruit aroma. Hops (grapefruit), resins, medium bodied, a little overcarbonated. Good; I’d like to try the bottle version some time. I think I like my IPAs a little bit leaner.
