Commercial Description:
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

12oz bottle pours a cloudy orange with a nice off white head, decent retention and minimal lacing. Aromas of piney hops, light citrus, and a noticeable malty nose. Flavors of caramel, citrus, pine, resin, and a decent lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Potent hoppy citrus and pine aroma. Hazy orange body, thick chunky off-white head. Flavor a very pleasing blend of citrusy hops and malty backbone, somewhat floral and spicy as well.

Courtesy of frampin. Pours copper with white head. Aroma of floral hops - pine with fruits - grapefruit. Taste, hoppy with good notes of caramel malts. Finish is dry hoppy with some spices.Very enjoyable and balanced with the bitter hops not being too forward.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of cdumler and shared with Alraomon. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Nice hoppy aroma with an earthy malt backbone. Taste is bitter hops and muddled malts. Not as good as the aroma. Medium bodied.

Murky amber orange brown color with decent head. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Crisp hop flavors swirling with a grapefruit tartness. Balancing caramel malt. Fruity bitter aftertaste. Very tasty IPA!

Nice floral copper pour with good head and lasting ring on glass. Potent hops presence but not overwhelming and balanced by airy coppered caramel notes with toasted sugars. These malts offset the pungent piney, citrusy, quality as well as the flowery hoppy aspects. Well balanced and well enjoyed.
