Commercial Description:
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Bottle. Pours an orange-amber, with a slight lacy head. Very nice aroma of floral hops. Flavor is floral hops, with a bit of an off-putting bitter soapiness. The malt is not particularly well-balanced. Slightly astringent mouthfeel. Not bad, but somewhat disappointing.

Bottle. Amber orange with tall off-white head. Slightly grassy hops flavor with grapfruit, pine and caramel. A smooth drinking IPA.

I like this beer a lot. Leaves your mouth with bitters and a bit of tartness. Kinda makes you reach for another sip.

12oz bottle. Poured hazy copper in color with a linguring beige head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, and caramel malts. Tastes of caramel malts with citrus and piney hops. Nice body and nice hop character.

12oz bottle from mmm///beer. Pours a cloudy orange with some sediment. An off white head left pretty nice lacing. Sweet citrus and a good amount of malt on the nose. Flavors of toasted malts with some hop bitterness on the finish. A damn good IPA.

Pours a three finger cream head that fades slowly, leaving a good lace. Cloudy amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Grapefruit hop nose. Flavor is sweet malt but this is an IPA and the hops kick in for a bitter finish. $2.25 for a 12oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma.

Solid IPA with huge hop nose. Decent balance with the caramel malts. Bitter hop taste, kind of plain but good nonetheless. I prefer two hearted.
