Commercial Description:
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Bottle. Pours a pale translucent copper with a moderate light tan head, little lacing. Aroma is full floral hops and nectar. Sweet upfront flavor with a full grassy hops body, malts are subdued. Full bodied and smooth with a strong lasting bitter finish.

Pours a hazy, amber orange with a ton of fine sediment and a crazy-huge, pillowy beige head that slowly diminishes leaving sticky lace in its wake. The head generated by this beer is unreal. A half an inch pour results in an inch or more frothy head. Translation: be prepared to wait on this one. The nose is citric and floral hops over a sweet caramel malt backing. Light to medium-bodied with a dry, moderately bitter finish that squeezes the sides of your tongue. The flavor is a blend of citrus and green apple over caramel malt with lesser hop notes of flowers and mild resin. This is a unique and flavorful IPA. If it were available locally, it would probably be part of my regular hop-fix rotation.

Pours a copper color. Smells of sweet hops, caster sugar, pine and sweet ruby red grapefruit. Taste is exhibits some caramel and toffee malt with prodigious pine hops (pineapples, cones and needles). Very good, very strong IPA. Had on tap at Perly’s Bakery in Easton, PA.

A great IPA, with a strong kick and powerful hop presence. The aroma alone will kick your nostrils into gear, preparing you for a hop adventure not soon forgotten.

12-oz. Thanks, um, not sure whom to thank. This might be *the* pineapple IPA of all time. Pours a dense burnished copper, occasionasl golden brown highlights. Loose, sudsy gray head and intermittent lace. Huge sweet floral and pineapple nose. Downright tangy. Medium body, firm carb. Roiling citric flavors pop all over the place--pineapple, mostly, but hints of mango and candied orange. Woodiness underneath it all, and a little bit of nutty, grain-hull malt goodness to boot. Long light clingy finish of very slight resin. Great stuff.

12 oz bottle...Light amber-orange color with medium white lasting head. Awesome citrus hop aroma really makes me want to tear into this. Flavor is mainly citrus like hops with a sweet malty backdrop and just a slight hint of pine. Finishes with a pleasant bitterness. Nice IPA.

Pours a ruby orange with light, soapy head. Strong citrus and hop odors. Starts off with a nice crisp maltiness, and ends with a great hoppy bitterness. A really interesting IPA- great balance between malts and hops.
