Beautiful golden pour with a creamy white head. Aroma is sticky sweet hops with citrusy and floral tones. Flavor is alrgiht but dissappointing compared to the aroma. Tastes of more piney hops, bready/biscuity malts, and a very mildy bitter finish. Body is a little under attenuated and could use more carbonation to help lift it off the tongue. It’s a very good beer, and definitely sessionable. Thanks Ryan!

does not count  Oct 5, 2008 You know this brew is loaded with hops from the first smell. The hops pack quite a punch, but the malt balances things out making for a nice, easy to drink IPA. A great example of an American IPA.

Oct 4, 2008 12 oz bottle; Great beer. Aroma of floral hops. Hops and citrus flavor with that terrific bitter bite of an IPA. The finish outstanding as the bitterness quickly diminishes into a sweeter malt. I love IPA’s

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy amber-gold with a small wispy head. Aroma is heavy of grapefruit, pine, malt, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is a bit subdued given the intense bouquet of this beer. Lemon, orange peel, tart grapefruit, and a bit of balancing sweetness. This is a very, very solid IPA. If anything, the palate is not quite as crisp, nor the flavor as bold as the top IPAs I’ve had.

Sep 27, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a fluffy 2 finger off white head that laces nicely. Aroma of citrusy hops and a mildly sweet malt character. Flavor is heavy in citrus, piney, and floral hops with a balanced earthy malt middle and a somewhat complex long dry and lightly bitter finish. Med to big body, good carb, light syrupy texture, and dry feel. Fine IPA

Sep 25, 2008 Orange-brown pour with a light tan head. Piny hop aroma - very floral and fruity with some citrus. Intense hop flavor. A bit of citrus, but mostly bitter dry hops. Good woody malt backbone. Decent IPA.
