| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 11, 2009 bottle courtesy of tytoanderso! very nice ipa, pours a dark gold to amber color, nice khaki coloered creamy head that leaves lots of spotting. aroma is nice with stringent hops, sweet malts, and doughy yeast. the flavor is very bitter upfront, sringent till the back, and you think it’s a lil overdone, then the sweet malts with a tiny hint of the yeast come in and mellow out the finish and after taste! very nice and complex progression on every sip! | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 11, 2009 Pours a medium, hazy amber/orange color with little head. Good lacing remains through finish. Pleasant, flavorful aroma with both malt and hop presence. Citrus (orange and grapefruit) and floral hops, spice, with medium caramel malt on the nose. Well balanced with good, dry and bitter finish which hits just right - not overbearing. The alcohol is very well hidden. An excellent offering and a solid four - Cheers! tpd975 (209), Riverview, Florida, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 10, 2009 A: Pours a yellowish color but when put up to the light it has beautiful redness to it. Medium sized head that hangs around and leaves behind layer upon layer of lacing.
S: Nice hoppy aroma with tons of citrus.... ruby red grapefruity baby. There is a nice sweet caramel malty aroma in the background which really helps to bring this one together.
T: Has the wonderful taste of grapefruit hops right from the start. I love Centennial Hops, and this one represents its namesake well. There is a touch of sweetness from the malt to balance everything out. Simple, and Straight forward, yet very enjoyable.
M: Medium bodied with a dry finish. Rynoplasty (543), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 8, 2009 This was purchased at Total Wine in Richmond. The head formed with an inch of froth. The color a cloudy gold. The aroma of citrus was evident after pouring. The bitter taste of the hops was perfect well balanced. The aftertaste was bitter and classic of a good IPA. The medium bodied ale had the right alcohol for good IPA above 7.%. I will go back an purchase more. Bullit (1374), Glasgow, Scotland

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 24, 2009 Bottle. Poured hazy orange/brown with hardly any head. Very, very hoppy aroma. Tasted like a lot of hops with a sweet little kick at the end. A very good IPA. j12601 (1308), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours a mostly clear orange amber with a large creamy beige head. Huge pine and light citrus aroma. Medium thick mouthfeel, more body than I would have thought, which is a pleasant surprise. Clean balanced sweetness leading into a long intense grapefruit pith bitterness. Really tasty.
