| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 20, 2009 A very interesting 12 oz bottle shared by footbalm. Pours a light pink color with fizzy small white head. The aroma is very light; small sweet malt notes, not much else. The flavor was surprisingly nice; sweet fizzy cherries, sweet malts and a slightly sour cherry as well. Pretty nice for what it is. edfitz (114), Toledo, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 19, 2009 Pours pink with a quick bit of carbonation. Faint fruit smell with a harsh cherry flavor. Very tart and thin. Fine for a change of pace, but nothing I could drink consistantly. scraff (1946), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 19, 2009 Hazed dark pinkish red, thin fizzy white head. Soft cherry puree nose warms to faint pie crust tones. Tart cherry and light apple note flavors round with hint of raw cinnamon swirl bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, soft fruity tart finish. Think fruit beers should get better respect here. No it’s not New Glarus Cherry, but it’s very well done for the style. Wish I had bought several 4 packs... punkrkr27 (635), Berkley, Michigan, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Pink colored pour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and biscuity with a hint of tart cherry and some residual sugary sweetness. Much more tart cherry in the flavor with a kick of sweetness and spice. Some grassiness and biscuit malt in the background. Definitely reminiscent of cherry pie. Medium to thin body with lots of carbonation. 502Flavors (621), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Bottle. Hazy ruby red with brownish hue body with a very light pink head that leaves descent lace. Aroma - faint cherries, pale malt, and yeast. Flavor is very sweet cherry - artificial flavor that is vrey reminiscent of red jolly ranchers. Tastes exactly like Melbourn Brothers Cherry, which I shouldn’t have rated as highly as I did. Medium bodied and creamy on the palate with light carbonation, which I like. Overall - descent, but too artificial tasting. Don’t think I could take down more than one of these in a night. riversideAK (2739), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 17, 2009 Bottle from BeerBunker. Thanks man! This one pours a reddish color, some whispy foam. The aroma is a little beery with mostly nice fresh sweet/tart cherries. Mostly tart fresh cherries in the flavor, a hint of sweet, but mostly clean tart cherry. Very refreshing and enjoyable. italianjohn (372), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 15, 2009 Pours a ruby red to cranberry color with white head ... hardly any aroma tastes of tart cherry at first and then goes down tasting like a baked cherry more sour than sweet at the end ... a great beer for after dinner 1FastSTi (2568), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2009 The beer pours to a reddish chestnut body with a creamy white head. The aroma is cherry juice and malts. Smells like Vienna or carapils. The flavor is quite good. Starts off with sweet and tart cherries. It morphs into an ultra-toasted malt. Finishes with some pie flavors. The palate is sweet and juicy. Mouth watering. Texture really works.
