Pours from the bottle a deep pink/red color with a bright pink head that fades down fast. If someone were to just give me a glass, I would be hard pressed to tell the difference between this and Cherry 7-Up by the looks alone. Aroma has a modest cherry note and a very light clean malt presence. Flavor is a pungent cherry flavor that mimics the thick red cherry pie filling syrup to a "T". Sweetness lingers in your mouth for a long time afterword with the flavor carried on the moderate body and slippery texture of the beer. Overall a good brew but the sweetness is so high that it really is a one a night brew.

Dec 19, 2009 355mL thanks to Santa!!! Pours a translucent, beautiful pink with a one-finger, white, dense head that has very good retention. Leaves excellent lacework. Aroma is cherry juicy juice, artificial cherry candies. Fairly muted though. Taste is actually fairly tart cherries. Nothing like a kriek lambic but certainly this is not a sweet, contrived fruit beer. After the initial blast of cherries, this becomes a medum-bodied, creamy session ale.

Dec 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy ruby amber with a small pinkish head. Dusty, malty aroma with a strange spicy touch (sort of like a mix of anise and cloves) and notes of play-doh (!) in the vicinity of the glass, all of which makes for a strange blend. No cherries though. Tart, sweetish flavour with anise, metallic notes and a slight overtone of cherries. Tart, dry anise finish with lingering notes of chamomile. Overall an interesting, if not a very memorable, blend of spices, but it would have been nice with some actual cherry notes in it. Also a bit cloying. Meh. 17-12-09.

Dec 11, 2009 Bottle. Poured a ruby red color with a little white head that went quickly. Aroma was over powered by cherries, some cimmamon and malts. Flavor was very sweet. Cherries, ginger, raisin, and other fruits. Very sweet beer. Average at best, just not my style.

Dec 6, 2009 Small light pink head with fair retention and lace. Clear, red body. Light nose of cherries and light alcohol. Light bodied, soft carbonation,lightly tart palate. Cherry and cinnamon flavors, light acidity. Dry, lightly fruity tart finish. ABV is well hidden.

Dec 6, 2009 Sweet, tart cherries, but not overly so. It doesnt go overboard with a big dose of alcohol. Just the right amount of hops on the tongue to let you know your not drinking wine here. This is a very good fruit beer. Definitely a repurchase.

Dec 4, 2009 Botella. Hazy red colour with a beige looking head. Sweet aroma of cherries, malt . Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with cherries, malt, a light sourness and some bitterness.

Nov 30, 2009 Reddish pour. Aroma reminds me of cherry life savers or maybe cherry jolly ranchers. Flavor is loaded with cherries, sweet and tart. My wife enjoyed this one a lot!
