(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of boboski. Pours a hazy amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Fat and fruity, syrupy nose. Quite full-bodied, low in carbonation, fruity and herbal and very interesting. Very alcoholic finish. Thanks for this odd beast bobo. 190408

Awesome and dangerous. 22 oz bottle. A very complex beer. Dark Amber pour, aroma of spices and dried fruits. Flavors of brown sugar, fig, allspice, and lots and lots of sweet alcohol. 13% ABV but my guess is that it’s higher.

# 24 Bottle. [Papsoe’s great blind tasting, thanks Henrik!] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Hazy amber-light brown color. Aroma of sweet berries, toasted malt, alcohol, coriander, raisins, spice, vinous. Over the palate came very fruity notes, apricot, dried fruit and hint of spice. Full bodied with a soft carbonation and thick alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Fruity sweet alcoholic lingering finish. 8-3-8-4-16 = 3.9 19-04-2008

Pour is hazed murky amber brown with a thin almost nonexistent tan head...smell is lightly spicy and sweet with hints of chocolate (not in the roasty way, but in the sweet way....like carob)...and alcohol...taste is sweet, very sweet...earthfruits, yeast, alcohol...also very musty....I have not found that young musty beers turn into anything other than dirty cardboard over time....I have no doubt that this will be any different...
