Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a medium sudsy white head which settles. Aroma is honeysickle, piney hops, and grapefruit. Taste is initially sweet honey, then strong grapefruit and pine kick in leaving a huge hop bitterness in the finish-gotta be simcoe in this - always seems to have a slight pill taste in the finish. More powerful and raw than hopslam, but not as smooth. Still a great IIPA.

Pours a three finger white head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Cloudy amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Piney nose. Flavor is sweet, grapefruit and pine. Barely a lingering grapefruit aftertaste. High ABV is hidden. Decent DIPA. $3.70 for a 12oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, MA.

Bottle pours an off-white head that looks like a pillow. It laces with each draught. Smells of citrus hops mainly, then pine and spice. Some thick sweetness on the nose. Flavor is citrus hops and clover honey. That fades to spice and bitter hops with residual sweetness.

Deep gold colored body with a lightly off white and thin head. The aroma is massive grapefruit and green wood. There is also some sweaty musk. The taste is largely citrus with grapefruit and even some pineapple. It gets sweet at the back of the mouth like white sugar and crystal malts. Nicely done, but relatively subtle.

Really solid IPA. Had it on tap at RFD in D.C. Poured a nice hazy orange color with a thin white head. Aroma was super grapefruit and citrus hops with a little bit on the pine note. Flavor was huge hops, but really well balanced byt a nice biscuit malt flavor. Really nice Imperial.

This is an awesome IIPA. Deep golden color with a nice off-white head. The aroma is a lot of piney hops. You know what you are in for when you stick your nose in the glass. Huge hop presence right up front in the flavor with a great malt backbone. Wonderful, full mouthfeel with good carbonation.

Hazy gold, creamy white head. Deep pine resin and peppery earth hop tones ride subtle aromas of tropical fruit and florals. Bitter pine and earth flavors warm to undercurrents of peppered pineapple. Just a touch of sweet malt in the finish, but this is all about the mighty hop. Lighter side of medium bodied, soft carbonation, lasting bitter finish. Nicely done...
