| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Nice bright golden coloured IIPA with a intense hoppy nose and a underlaying character of basic caramell. Mouthfeel is slick and nicely carbonated, flavour is fruity and hop-juicy but a bit harsh, especially in the final where the beer ends dry and extremely bitter with light lingering caramell sweetness. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 2, 2009 This is a great strong IPA. It is a bit too hoppy for my taste, but overall it is good.. The hops took away from some of the malt and citrus flavors. Excellent color to the beer. There are hints of peach, or tropical fruits in the beer. foundersfan (12), Ohio, USA
