Rating #250. Sort of an anniversary... Off course I wanted a DIPA to celebrate.
Lovely bitter aroma with pine and citrus.
Very fruity taste with pineapples, and lots of sweetness and fruit.
And then the bitterness and the loooong aftertaste. Some malt just presents itself to balance the hops.
Not su much a DIPA as a very strong, very bitter IPA.
Any way, lovely beer, Happy anniversary:-) charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark
