Commercial Description:
This liquid dream pours a hazy golden orange straw color with a large puffy white two-finger head. First sip of this beer rewards with a super juicy hop presence bursting with fresh orange and lemon citrus then continues to introduce toasted malt undertones.

[Bottle] Huh, I thought I had rated this one, guess not. Pours a clear gold with a small soapy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is obviously hop forward with an emphasis on the citric hops, some metallic malts, and some green tea kind of leafiness. Flavor has lots of fresh hops, significant bitterness, and a strong peppery note from the alcohol. Bitter finish. Good stuff.

Bottle courtesy of bret27. Pours golden with an orange tinge and a wet, frothy, white head. Aroma is bright and tropical, with very mild cattiness (Simcoe?), oranges, and herbs. Flavor really isn’t as hoppy as the aroma, some citrus notes but not much else. There is still a medium bitterness that lingers awhile. Body is light but not thin, carbonation is soft, finish is dry.

12oz bottle shared by bret27. Clear light gold color with a white head. The aroma is all leafy, pungent, and fruity hops with apricot and orange, barely any malt, and just a faint cheesy note bringing down what would be a very nice profile otherwise. The flavor is very "west coast" in profile, with almost no malt getting in the way of a lot of fruity and spicy hops. Tastes like a lot of simcoe, without a high level of bitterness. Light in body, with an almost oily feel and medium carbonation. Nice dryness with lots of hop flavor, but there is just something in the aroma that keeps me from really loving it.

Poured from 12 oz. Light golden-yellow in color with small to medium off white head. Wonderful nose of hops; citrus, pine, a little floral, a bit malty. taste was excellent, bitter, but not too, sweet, nicely balanced, medium bodied that left a nice aftertaste.

Orangish-copper, thin white head that goes quickly. Dirty grapefruit, grain and biscuit rule the nose, quite one-sided. Flavor is heavy with orange, grapefruit, and excessive sugar. Thin body with tea and sugar through the finish. Standard Founders fare.

Bottle pours a hazed honey amber body with a small offwhite head. Aroma of citrusy grapefruit, orange, and pineapple, with a hint of toasted caramel. Taste has a crisp citrusy hop bitterness that is mostly grapefruit. No sweet tropical fruits here, but enough of a toasted caramel malt base to balance. Finishes with a lingering dryness. A top tier American IPA.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of piscator34. Pours a golden yellow with a thick white one finger head. Tight lacing. Nose- strong tropical fruits (pineapple, mango). Taste- more citrus hops blasting from the forefront. Leads to a chewy grapefruit middle and drying back end. Malts are only along for the ride on this one. More of a west coast style malt dryness to this so lighter bodied that really delivers the hops. Crisp refreshing carbonation that helps push through the hop resin. Tasty stuff

Bottle presented by Hellbilly...I’ve never been disappointed by a beer from this brewery...top notch. Liquid gold pour produces a 1/4 inch ivory head that left a bit of lacing. Aroma is bright grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest, and assertive pine notes. Lemongrass, citrus, and long Douglas Fir finish. Man, I wish we had Founders in AZ!!! Thanks again Josh!!!
