Pours a deep brown with a head that never dies..I was told this was a nitro, which I guess may explain the whipped topping looking head. About three fingers high. Aroma is incredibly weak, even after a warm up period of about 20 minutes. Smells faintly of oats and soap. Taste is very plain with notes of roasted malt, oats and light coffee. Very creamy palate, compares to a Guiness inkubus27 (251), Highland, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 10, 2009 On tap at Founder’s... This looked beautiful, with a great brown head that stuck around for quite a while. Aroma was faint, but what did come through was some roast and some sweetness. Flavor was pretty bland and watery. Overall it looked good, but it was just a bit too watery and bland with nothing really going on. shawnm213 (950), South Bend, Indiana, USA
