Commercial Description:
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

20080808 12oz bottle from Red Bank Spirits. Hazy, unfiltered gold with sticky white head. Aroma is a big kick of cascades, pale malts, and a bit of alcohol. Prickly body is surprisingly rough, finishes with a mild booziness.

Sampled at the brewpub. Pretty good pale ale. Nothing very special, but drinkable and enjoyable. I’d drink it again.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of grapefruit hops, bitterness, some sweetness. Flavor shows some grapefruit, some bitterness, a little breadiness. About what I’d expect for a good APA.

At the top of the pile for pale ales. Nice balance, great aroma, good looking. Not overpowering on the hops. Very smooth finish. Great for a hot day.

Bottle. Light amber body, medium white head, Cascade nose. Some toasty notes with moderate Cascade hoppiness and slight sweetness.

On tap at Teresa’s Next Door in Wayne, PA. Clean, crisp, refreshing - nicely hopped, easy to drink. Lots of citrus throughout - nice session beer.

Tap. Nose is hoppy and clean with fresh citrus. An appealing clear copper/orange color with a fine head. Medium body and bitterness. Thinness adds to the nice fresh flavour. Tangy with hops and carbonation leading to a desirably long and clean bitter citrus finish. I’m already looking forward to having this beer again.

Poured a yellow/orange color with a decent frothy head. Aroma of hops and orange and flavor was the same. Mouthfeel was slightly watery/thin but not bad. Very drinkable and good brew.
