| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 12, 2007 Coopers Seafood House in Scranton, PA bottle. For an IPA it seems relatively flawless with oatmeal and citrus flavors with some barley and rye thrown into the hoppy mix. It is a bit bittersweet in the aftertaste with an almost slight amaretto feel but its not a bad beer except for some chalkiness in there. shadey (1500), Rochester, New York, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 4, 2007 Pours a golden brown color with a short lived white head. Aroma is of Cascade hops and a bit of caramel. The taste of the dry hops sticks out right away. Has some citrus, pine, and caramel. This has a firm body that you can almost chew. This is actually better than I thought it would be. I will have to seek out more Founder’s. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 4, 2007 Amber color with a medium head. Aroma is a nice mix of bread and some grassy-floral hops. Taste was much the same - medium malt flavor mixing well with floral-grassy hops. Overall, a solid APA. Suttree (2739), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 3, 2007 Cloudy gold, Big Rocky Beige head. Floral, resiny hopa aroma coupled with just a touch of sweet malt. Nicely thin bodied. Hint of caramel, but not too much. The finish is resiny hops, with a slight metallic flavor, which is not wholly unpleasent. Crisp finish. arjoseph (594), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 28, 2007 Sampled at a gathering of TN Ratebeerians a couple months ago; thanks to decaturstevo. Hazy pale orange with a white head that diminishes to a dusting. Faint but flowery hop smell. Feel is fizzy and bitey, thin. Really, there’s not much here: some fruity hops on the end, and some grassy character in the middle, with some fizzy bitterness on the finish, but there’s not much finish to speak of. More like beer-ish water than beer.
