Commercial Description:
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Good balance of hops and malt. Medium body. Excessive head reduced my score.

Draught. Clear golden-orange color with a foamy white head that laced the glass. Smells of light flowery hops and biscuity malt. Subdued bread malt flavor with a touch of citrusy hops. Pretty good.

Bottle- Pours a light gold color, with lots of head. Not too fond of the flavor. I couldn’t describe it, another rater said lemon grass, I’ll have to agree. Not terrible, but definitly not among the better pales.

Deep gold, hoppy grapefruit aroma, same in flavor, but nice balance, not overdone.

In the bottle at the Max & Joe’s Tavern Michigan Beer tasting (11/21/6). Orange gold with a quick white head. Neat medicinal hop aroma. Finish is of a strong drying hop bitterness. The hop tartness of distinct citrus oil is clearly evident.
