Commercial Description:
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Thanks Arnie! Hazy dark orange pour with a very thick, off-white head. Nose of lemongrass and roses, with a bit of chocolate. Finishes clean. Good!

Bottle. Opened with a loud "POP". Pours a hazy golden-orange with a massive lasting fizzy off-white head. Man is this ever carbonated! Aroma of sweet malt and floral hops. Somewhat mild flavour, a little sweet but with a nice bitterness. Light to medium bodied. A little thin and overly simple but pleasant enough.

12 oz. bottle. Pours golden yellow with a sizable white head and nice hoppy aroma good blend of cascade (very distinct) and other american hops creating a floral cascadey nose. Light carmel malty flavors, very carbonated and ever so slightly bitter with a crisp finish. Could use more body and a little more varied flavor, but overall I was surprised by this pale ale.

Pour is a burnt orange and gold with a white bubbled head, the head dropped a bit after a few minutes, some mild effervescence, pour is clear but I see fine particles floating around, left some lacing on the glass, aromas of light fruit, malt sweetness and floral hops, lemon and orange citrus fragrances, flavors of bread, light toasted malt and fruit with citrus hops, some sweetness on the palate, finish is dry with some lingering bitterness, nice Pale Ale.

Sweet citrus aroma. Not much of a hop profile evident in the nose. Huge head. The contents were under quite a bit of pressure when I opened it. The first third of the bottle filled up my 16 oz. tumbler with nothing but foam. Very much alive. Head lasts and lasts and lasts. Hazy amber with a lot of floaties. Flavor is pleasant; not unlike DFH 60 minute IPA. Only 32 IBUs in this one; light for an APA. This brew is perfumy, citrusy and somewhat floral. Not my favorite APA, but pretty good nonetheless.

Clear gold pour with a big frothy white head. Delicate floral aroma. Citrusy with some apricots. Well balanced with a bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours dark gold with a very large white head. Aroma is yeasty and citrusy, but a little bit more narrow than I’d like an APA to be. The flavor is very clean with a light caramel and some zesty hops that resemble a heavily spiced green tea. This is an excellent thirst quencher with a fair amount of character. This is not a blast of complexity or giant flavor.

Bottle, the the gods for Founder’s in NC. Pours a very cloudy copper with a tall white head. The nose is superbly hoppy for the style and has strong lemon qualities and a subtle grassines. The hops are very prominent in aroma and flavor, but true to style, it is not very bitter. Hints at lemonade, grass, melons. . .my guess was Amarillo, but it looks like the description says Cascade. This is a very well done APA. I would probably prefer more bitter hops, but this one retains an easy-drinking, though certainly hoppy, session brew attitude. Tasty.

bottle - Pours clear and almost golden with a big, frothy head. There’s a pleasant floral hop aroma. The flavor is lightly malty with citrus hops. It’s somewhat too thin, in my opinion, and could be a little more aggressive in the flavor profile. There’s a good, moderately bitter taste in the crisp finish.
