Commercial Description:
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Cloudy orange. Lightish body. Slightly metallic. Sweet cake and bread dough in the malts. Somewhat drying. Nice and flowery hop aromas. Rather drinkable.

Pours an amber color with thick off-white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus, pine, caramel, and floral hops. Favor is strong of the floral hops that give way to the citrus. Not quite as bitter as I was expecting from the nose. A little dissapointed in this one.

Nose of pine, spruce, citrus, resin, and flowers. Pours a sparkling golden straw. The enormity of the tight, white frothy head goes beyond mere words, and is fully lasting with great lacing. The balanced flavor is toasty and bready. Moderate acidity in the middle leads to a spicy bitterness at the finish. The crisp light palate is soft and dry.

Poured a light copper or dark golden depending on how you might look at it. Lots of floaters. Big fluffy head with some lasting power. Didn’t notice any lacing. Very resin like aroma, maybe a little pine. I was expecting a bit more flavor from the aroma but it wasn’t there. Seems very thin with little mouthfeel. Seemed a bit tart and a real lack of pale ale flavor.

Bottle from Zathrus13.Thanks Jeff Very cloudy murky brew. Nose is piney and resiny. This was a bitter brew with lots of the piney hops flavor on the tongue.

Robe blonde aux reflets oranges voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche en dentelle qui persiste. Arômes d’agrumes et de mangue. Saveurs puissantes de mangue, d’agrumes et de malt caramel.

Pour deep hazy orangey amber with a head that makes me a little nervous...explosive when poured...took almost 5 minutes to pour one bottle...smell is grapefruit with subtle piney overtones...just kidding...not subtle...very citric...taste is sweet and malty up front, with lots of bittering grapefruit flavor throughout...not bad...slightly cloying finish...
