Jun 9, 2009 Pours with a golden body topped by a thin to medium head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet and hoppy with notes of grass and a bit of citrus as well as light malt notes. Light to medium bodied, smooth and slightly dry.

Jun 3, 2009 12 oz bottle at The Flying Saucer. Poured a cloudy orange with a 2 finger white head and lots of lacing. Strong citrus aroma along with hops, malt, and caramel. It had a nice hoppy taste balanced by the malt - the citrus flavor was big and also picked up a tropical flower type scent/flavor on the backside. Very easy drinking especially for those afraid of the IPAs.

May 28, 2009 Bottle. Pours Trnaslucent orange with a soapy white head, little lacing. Aroma is faint hops with a syrupy undertone finished with a touch of citrus. Citrus flavor with a backbone of floral hops and a sweet malt finish. Medium palate, goes down very easy. Not bad for the style. Hop day drinking beer.

May 11, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Semi-cloudy light amber/golden with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet caramel, citrus hops. Flavor is big citrus upfront with nice dry caramel balance, a little perfume but very tropical hops. Medium body with bigger bubble carbonation. Nice, a perfect sessionable beer with tropical hops and a little grainess.

May 11, 2009 Maybe I had an old bottle, because it wasn’t as hoppy as I expected. Still, pretty smooth and tasty pale ale. Not that this is a bad beer, but it’s not really as good as most of their other stuff I’ve had.

May 10, 2009 Pours with a tall white soapy head that lasts. Aroma of hops, pine, and a bit of citrus. Decent lacing. Flavor of grapefruit, hops, and some malts. Very pleasant drinking beer.
