Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Lightly hazy golden, richhead. Strong aroma of grapefruit. Fairly sweet with light, soft doughy malt. the lightness and softness allows for full access to the citrusy, perfumy hops. Very up front and hop driven. A focused pale ale up to Founders high standards!

Golden, with a slight haze. Bready malt underpins citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Light citric hoppiness carries the body.

Bottle at Monk’s Café, Stockholm, Wallingatan; 35 IBU, 5.4% ABV
Golden color. The aroma is initially grassy; it’s also a bit creamy and dusty, meaty; ah, there is some malt too. Medium-light body, with dry toffee flavor and strong bitterness; the hop brings only a very light fruity touch, and there is a rare rose flower aftertaste. I can’t see much of the promised Cascade, but it’s still a god thirst-quenching beer.

Bottle acquired in trade with atpayne (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Lots of small floaters. Stronger floral aroma with light citrus in the background. Tastes of lemons and flowers with a very light sweetness to it. Body a little on the thin side. Drinkable but nothing special really stood out.
