| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Wow. A lot stronger on the hops than I was expecting. Pours a brown color with a small white head. Smell is hoppy and full of citrus. Taste is also very hoppy. Not a lot of red character to this at all and the rye really only comes at the back end with a little dryness. It is a good beer, but I kinda feel like it is false advertising. This is more like an IPA.
