Commercial Description:
Pours a spectacular crimson red with a creamy tan head. Brewed with four varieties of Belgian caramel malts imparting a sweet richness. Reds Rye is impressively balanced with its hop bitterness and floral bouquet achieved from the dry hop. In the finish, the generous amount of malted rye used accentuates a spicy crisp finish.

Dark amber with chunks. Big aroma - floral, slightly raspberry, baked apples and spicy rye notes. Funky flavour is spicy and flowery with great brown sugar malt notes. Light plastic noted. Crazy rye and dark malt flavours meld well with the floral hop notes. This is a really unique beer, delicious.

extreme cascade aroma, amber with a perfectly formed light brown head, initially lots of piney hops then the rye hits and complements nicely, the slick rye carries your tastebuds to the finish and dries out, delicious, this bottle had significantly more hop character and tasted fresher than previous bottles I’ve had

Aroma of fruity, citric hops (Centennial, seemingly), strong grapefruit and lemon notes with lighter hints of spice and toasty malt. Hazy deep red color with a lasting, creamy head and impressive lacing. Massively hoppy flavor profile, juicy, resinous and fruity, the middle seeing some balancing dark malt sweetness and finishing dry with a blend of intense hop bitterness and citric flavor and spicy, faintly minty rye. Palate is lush and full, body is medium. Very much like a dark IPA with added rye and quite a treat for any hop lover.

Cloudy red color, small off white head that left a decent lace behind.Hoppy grapefruit aroma with a hint of malt in the background.Nice malty hop flavor with a decent grapefruit side but there is no real harsh bitterness like you might think you’d get from so much hop flavor. It actually is quite mild in the hop bite and fairly smooth.I have to say i like it alot it’s not over powering at all and quite smooth and easy to drink which is what i like in a brew with all these hops.More then worth while having a few more of these around for later.

Positivley love the color of this beer .. this is the amber color that all beers attempting to do so should strive for. Some spiciness in the aroma, but not sure if it hop or rye derived. I will say that the hops seemed a little strong and tended to overpoewer the hops. Still the spiciness is their, lingering in the background. This beer was very quaffable and I could see drinking many of these!

Hazy red-brown body with a spectacular thick, rocky long-lasting tan head. Fresh citrusy hop aroma with pine sap and sticky caramel accents. I was hoping for some rye in the aroma but no luck. Thick resinous hops coat the tongue with roasty, spicy rye notes on top. Caramel backbone throughout. I’d like to age this stuff, the hop bite is pretty sharp, but maybe the malt isn’t big enough to come forward. Regardless, this stuff is damn tasty.

Draught: Lightly sweet aroma. Smells of floral hops and Amarillos. Poured red with a hint of amber in color with a big, dense, creamy, light brown head that lasted throughout. Clear. Very sparkling. Flavor is bitter. Tastes of Amarillo hops, spice (like hot pepper), and caramel malts. Medium body. Strange, thick, gluey texture. Lively carbonation. Bitter Amarillo finish. Overall, tasty.
