Aug 20, 2008 12 oz bottle-pours a light tan head and copper color. Aroma is citrus/pine, mediu/dark malt-molasses. Taste is dry citrus hops, sweet medium/dark malt-molasses, roasty. OK carbonation. Nice (ASA).

Aug 18, 2008 bottle- disappointing tea like taste and mouthfeel. not the spice I was looking for. Hops not present. Oxidized. Perhaps this was a older bottle, so I would try it again, but very unimpressed.

Aug 17, 2008 Pours with a light brown, creamy head covering a clear red body with some particles. Grat lacing. Aroma of malts, currants, some caramel and rye. Taste is sweet and malty with a nice hop bite. Tastes like an imperial red but with less alcohol. Lively bubbles. Great beer.
