On tap at Founders. This beer is actually quite good. It is very spicy in aroma and taste. When I say spicy i mean a nice blend of spice, not spicy as in Hole Mole.

Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy herbs, lemon grass and ginger aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spicy sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate to long duration.
This is a standout beer for style and my expectations where met.

Sep 26, 2009 Draft @ Founders; Golden-looking pour with a minimal white head. Nose was heavy on the spice with the coriander coming through prominently along with a strong flower petal note, the base pale brew was apparent as well. Flavor had some nice hop bitterness with a bit of citrus, clove, cinnamon and floral notes. Good, sessionable brew.

Served on tap at Founders Brewing Company. Nose is coriander and cinnamon with the coriander riding nicely on the malt profile. The cinnamon and clove flavors follow with nice levels. Good spiced beer.

Sep 11, 2009 Dan’s Bachelor Party Extended Weekend Rating #50 of 90. On tap at Founders in Grand Rapids. There was a flyer floating around said something about the guy who helped brew this could only keep his job if it was a hit. Hope he does, ’cause this ain’t bad! Says it was brewed with Cardamon, coriander, clove, cinnamon and honey. I taste most of it, minus the cardamon (wtf is cardamon?). Light bodied, bitter and a decent amount of hops. Very good mix of spices in this.
