On tap at founders. Golden color with small head. Hops, and spice shine through on both aroma and taste. I like the spice rack attack better then this, but this still isn’t bad.

Oct 23, 2009 Growler pour at Rozi’s is clear golden color with white head. Aroma is a blend of spices from peppers. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is hop and spice with a hot pepper finish down the back of the throat that isn’t overpowering. Just ok.

Oct 13, 2009 On tap at Founders 8.20.09. Pours a clear golden. I actually like the spicy green chili pepper aroma, light caramel sweetness underneath. Flavor follows, huge green chili heat, yet still has surprising balance. Med/light bodied with a great fluffy and somewhat fizzy carbonation which is complimentary to the heat. I suppose everyone handle ’heat’ differently... I like it.

Oct 3, 2009 Golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, citrus, and black pepper. Taste of citrus, pine, toffee, vanilla, and sharp, spicy pepper in the finish.

Oct 2, 2009 On tap at Blue Dog. Orange yellow hazy color. Aroma of pepper and malt. Malt up front for flavor with a pepper back end. Not impressive and too much.

Oct 2, 2009 On tap at the Blue Dog [Lansdale]. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Is this one a pepper beer, you betcha. Peppers in the tastes and aromas. Stronger in the tastes with pepper burps. The pepper burn was torwards the bottom of the throat. Yep, this was a pepper beer for sure...no Cave Creek, but pepper none the less.

Oct 2, 2009 Tap at Blue Dog. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium very creamy and lacing white head. Aroma of hot peppers, cereal grains and not much else. Flavor of hot peppers, burns a bit, caramel..hard time getting anything other than the pepper.

Served on tap at Founders Brewing Company. Appearance is a nice gold hue. The aromas and flavors follow a mild chipotle driving force with a bit of burn on the way down. This beer paired well with the delicious Beer Cheese Dip at the brewery.
