very nice..i believe this was an attempt at a beer that will be bottled in the future..this is not a barley wine...this is a triple..corrections will be sent..aroma of citrus, belgian yeast, and light alcohol..flavor profile is similar with hints of caramel, big citrus, banana, clove and spice...

Dec 18, 2009 Draught at TND: Aroma of hops, grass, pine, fresh-cut herbs, and Earth. Poured amber in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Lightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, pine, hop oil, light resin, light yeast, evergreen, and Earth. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Hop, pine, and resin finish is light to medium bitter and lightly dry. 10%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Oct 25, 2009 Draft. 5 oz flight. Pours hazy orange with a thick, pillowy white head. Aroma of grapes, cherries, wheat, barley, and hints of hops. Medium bodied. Crisp, smooth mouthfeel. Clean finish. Very good barley wine.

Oct 3, 2009 On tap at the brewpub kinda orangy amber some thin foam, nose is citrus hops alcohol spice and some wheat mixed in there too. flavor is similar which isn’t a bad thing really nicely done beer

Oct 3, 2009 Hazy brown amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, wheat, floral hops, citrus fruits, nuts, banana, and spice. Taste of citrus fruits, vanilla, nuts, wheat, dried fruits, caramel, pine, and light alcohol.

Oct 2, 2009 On tap at the Blue Dog [Lansdale]. Poured a medium amberish color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, wheatiness, and spiciness. Tastes of wheat, the same spiciness, citrus, wheat, and fruity. Overall the alcohol well hidden - lighter to medium alcohol burn.
