Taste is medium sweet, orange, some wheat, light seltzer. Slight sourness. Light body, watery with minimal crispness. hopscotch (4679), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Oct 6, 2008 Bottle… Clear golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Grainy, citrusy aroma that presents discreet notes of orange peel and coriander. Light to medium-bodied with a lightly syrupy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. High viscosity for a low ABV beer. Sweet, fruity flavors of orange blossom honey and orange zest. Tilts pleasantly toward the sweet side of balance. Short, crisp, dry finish. Thanks to douglas88 for shipping the bottle my way! DocLock (4175), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 21, 2008 Bottle from State Line. Pours very pale with minimal head. Nose is Jolly Rancher orange, spicy, some wheaty malt. Tastes orangy, wheaty malty, with mild hops. Not a masterpiece, but a rather interesting interpretation of this style, and solid on a 90 degree summer day. jjpm74 (3447), Connecticut, USA Aug 13, 2008 Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells of oranges and wheat. Tastes of crisp oranges with some light wheat undertones. A decent summer quaffer. DA (2586), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Jul 26, 2008 OBF 2008. A good name, but it made me think it might be some funky wild yeast beer, but turned out to be bland. Watery palate, orange body, with a soft white head. Juicy citrus hops, but provided no crispness, felt flat and bland.
