I’ve been forgetting to put my rating of this in for days. But hey, it is a forgettable beer. Pretty clear gold, slight head. Aroma of wheat, faint orange. Flavor is mildly wheaty, faint orange, and faint coriander. But with zero yeast character, so this ain’t a Belgian wit. Nothing bad here, just almost terminally boring.

Dec 3, 2009 Courtesy of bu11zeye. Clear yellow color with a fleeting head. Corn syrup soaked canned peach aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Medicinal sour fruit syrup flavor with mildly tart wheat. not great.

Nov 12, 2009 Bottle from doublas88. Nose smells faintly like orange and coriander. A hint of wheat malt too. Pours light golden, no head, visible bubbles. The flavor is mostly light orange, coriander, and wheaty flavors that round out the finish. Light, almost watery with not much flavor lingering in the finish.

Nov 12, 2009 Thanks IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nose is wheat, bread, light citrus, and some peel. Flavor is very light citrus and some wheaty flavor. Mild flavor, light and crisp, but not Uinta’s best.

Nov 6, 2009 Bottle from jessup plaza. Poured a clear light color with a small head. Aroma is light citrus, wheat, yeast. Taste is somewhat off. Not as refreshing as i thought it would be. Ehh didnt like this one very much.

Nov 1, 2009 Thanks to douglas88. Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is faint with some acidity, hay and grains sort of lightly mixing together. The taste has a solid pulse of grains to start along with a touch of lemon and citrus like acidity. Very mild flavor and quite refreshing too.

Oct 31, 2009 Very faint citrus and honey aroma. Clear yellow, no head. Watery. Slight tartness. A bit of lemon peel. Very weak and disappointing. Some of the macros’ attempts at craft are much better than this.
