Pour blonde/golden. Lightly malty and rich hops. Sweet sugary malt, very light. Good brew, but lacking something to make it stand out.

Straight forward flavors of citrus and earthy florals balance on a kiss of biscuity sweetness. Light bodied and thin with soft carbonation. A not too bad easy drinking pale…

Jul 7, 2008 short 12OZ, twist-off bottle. Pours, clear golden pale. Foamy white head. aroma of grassy hops and grapefruit. Flavor is a watery malt followed by a very rich and calming hop BITE. Big bitterness. Some earthy bread. Long lasting hop flavors linger on the palate. A tasty, full flavored American Pale Ale that is light in body. This beer is so easy to drink and extremely pleasent going down. It’s Organic!

Jul 5, 2008 Bottles courtesy of douglas88, thanks buddy. 12oz bottle pours clear gold with bright white head. The aroma has a nice load of grapefruit juice and orange juice with mild malt sweetness bringing up the rear. The taste starts with a pleasing pulse of grapefruit juice and orange peel followed by sweet maltiness. Into the finish the bitter hop grapefruit note grows and lingers deep into the after taste. Great aroma and nice flavor here but the body is a bit too thin.
