SamuraiArtist (292), portland, Oregon, USA Jul 29, 2007 Draft at OBF ’07. Pours a light amber color with a very nice floral hoppy and malty aroma. Flavor has a nice carmel malty base with light bitterness and tons of floral and somewhat herbal hoppyness that is quite delicious. This beer gets better as it goes down. It seriously keeps tasting better and you get different waves of hops and malt after its went down. Very delicious. wickedpete (569), Lexington Park, Maryland, USA Jul 1, 2008 Thanks to Aaron for this one. Clear light gold body. Aroma is a nice dry, earthy hops. Flavor is light and refreshing, slight bit of honey, touch bitter. unclemattie (1662), Georgia, USA Jul 7, 2008 short 12OZ, twist-off bottle. Pours, clear golden pale. Foamy white head. aroma of grassy hops and grapefruit. Flavor is a watery malt followed by a very rich and calming hop BITE. Big bitterness. Some earthy bread. Long lasting hop flavors linger on the palate. A tasty, full flavored American Pale Ale that is light in body. This beer is so easy to drink and extremely pleasent going down. It’s Organic! douglas88 (820), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Mar 11, 2008 Updated: May 8, 2008On tap at the Bayou. Pours a light orange with a thin white head. The aroma is really great; like a evergreen forest after a rainstorm. The taste is also dominated by a strong piny and citrus hops, the kind that is both natural and strong. Slightly acidic and a nice malt presence. Great balance. Really quite nice, especially for a pale ale. A top Utah beer for sure. I need to send some of these out. On Tap – Deep amber color with a nice head. This was a great beer to find here in Utah. The beer had flavor, hops and a great finish. I think the best I have had thus far. Great BEER.
