paiste2002 (148), Saugus, California, USA Aug 19, 2009 Tap at Tempe. Pours a clear golden color with little to no head. Aroma is syrupy peach and light malt. Flavor is much the same, overly sweet peach and some light malt way in the background. BrotherGrendel (545), San Diego (La Jolla), California, USA Feb 8, 2009 A- Clear diluted yellow hue, thin white foamy head, moderate lacing
S- Mostly just peach and some sweet fruits
T- Bread malts first, then peaches and fruit, finishes sweet
M- Light-bodied, creamy texture, high carbonation
D- Well-balanced fruit beer, not overly sweet, there is a surprising malt profile, I wouldn’t drink many of these but the ladies love it KUEric (632), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Jan 4, 2009 Not a bad little fruit beer. A little light on the beer, but the peach seem real, expecially given it was peach. Real peaches can seem syrupy, fruit beers are almost always syrupy, this one wasn’t. googd work Four Peaks.
That said, its still a fruit beer. SuperDave70 (1157), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA Nov 27, 2008 On tap in Tempe. Deep golden color pour with a lasting foamy head. Before even lifting the glass that was placed in front of me I could smell the peach aroma. Closer sniffs brought out malt and grain. Flavor is also dominated by peaches. I don’t get peach extract so much as actual peach fruit and juice flavor. Slightly sweet, very refreshing. A pleasant surprise! bhensonb (4182), Woodland, California, USA Oct 15, 2008 Aroma is really peach. Color is golden amber. Flavor is peach and wheat. Finish is peach. Really peach. Way peach. jimbowood (947), Athens, Georgia, USA Sep 30, 2008 draft @ the brewpub. Nothing special. Just a beer with peaches or peach extract. Nuff said. nbutler11 (729), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Aug 29, 2008 As far as fruit beers go, this one is incredible. Pours a rich golden color from the tap at Four Peaks with floral peaches on the nose that explode in the flavor. Layered and textured to the point where you virtually feel the peach fuzz on your palate. How this isn’t their flagship beer ahead of Kilt Lifter is beyond my comprehension. DenverLogan (421), MileHi, Colorado, USA May 25, 2008 Light gold, small head. Big peach aroma. More body than the wheat...significant peach in taste and aroma. Not a lot of body...light, refreshing. On tap at brewery.
