nmoskop (68), Arizona, USA Mar 2, 2005 Served in a funky glass and omitting a seemingly funky aroma...certainly not what I’m used to at least. Not to devaluate this brew as I did enjoy it, there was a faint wet, sanitized aroma rising from the glass. As for the taste it’s big, sweet, and obviously fairly potent...topped off with a large frothy white head. Def. worth a try and another great brew by Four Peaks. Bockyhorsey (2487), Mesa, Arizona, USA Jan 17, 2005 A carmel colored beer. I could detect a whiskey flavor when tasting this one. My have to have another and rerate this one. Steib (574), Queen Creek, Arizona, USA Jan 13, 2004 A big sweet aroma. Nicely balanced with a good hop and malt character. A tasty unique flavor with the addition of dates. A good seasonal. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA Oct 26, 2000 A good ale, with a nice malt and hop balance, and yes it is a seasonal. Fresh and clean just plain good.
