Commercial Description:
This beer is patterned after the great Czech Pilsner. This beer uses hops imported from the Czech Republic the only difference being that it's brewed with ale yeast which makes it a little more complex in flavor. It is a light, straw colored, and very refreshing.

Summery lager nose - floralish hops, toasted malt. Hoppier than the nose suggests, earthy bready malt, tingly bready finish.

Light golden color. Aroma is nicely balanced with the malt and hops, faint earth tones. Medium bodied, not complex though but smooth with a little bite. A good summer starter beer.

Nicely aromatic -- balanced malty and hoppy. Golden blond color. Flavor is sharp. Has some hop edginess (not quite bitter, but almost . . . edgy). The malts balance out the bitterness, which is what keeps it from being too bitter. Wakes your palate up!

Clear yellow body with white head, good lacing. Aroma is mildly grassy. Taste is medium body, decently hoppy grassy. Not your father's golden beer (and that's a good thing).

Dark yellow with Bud-like head. Light caramel-malt nose and sweet malt flavorings.
