| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Draught. Marks for Appearance are an average, as beer was sampled in weak artificial light after dark. Very light citrussy-fruity nose, light vanilla. Restrained hopflavour, rather neutral, non-sweet malts, little touch of some (sweeter) spirit. Medium bodied, light creamy texture. Another good IPA, with a rather restrained hopcharacter. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 27, 2006 On tap. This ale pours a light orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and earthy. A medium bodied Pale Ale/IPA. Malts are caramel and sweet, touch of toffee. Hops are citrusy and floral. A touch earthy as well. Nice balance. This beer tastes like a cross between an American Pale Ale, a India Pale Ale and an Amber. Hoppy without a lot of hop bitterness, with a fair amount of malt sweetness. Definitely not to any style, but an interesting beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Theis (3794), Denmark
