On tap at an Irish Pub near PHX convention center. Poured a beautiful amber/brown with nice head that stuck around. Aroma was sweet with almost no smoke. Taste was very nice with just enough subtle bitterness to offset being too sweet. This is a pretty good brew.

Pours dark gold with a thin long lasting head. Aroma is smokey malts, caramel, and toffee. Flavor is pretty sweet with dominant notes of caramel and toffee as well as some smoke in the finish. Pretty decent malt forward session beverage.

On draft in Pheonix. Has a nice amber body with an ample off-white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee and dark fruits. Tastes nice and sweet with enough hop bitterness to keep it from being cloying.

12oz bottle acquired in a couple of trades. Poured a deep and hazy orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, roast, nuts, and toffee. Tastes of caramel, toffee, and roast. Thin and weak body.

12oz via trade. (Thanks hellbilly!) ok, so she pours a clear brown with a huge chunky/bubbly beige head. Nose is soapy and nutty. Taste is grassy, vegetal, nutty, on top of a decent malt base. Body is light/medium. Carbonation is moderate.....this is a decent fall..rake-some-leaves-but-don-t think about it toooooo much-type beer..

Draft - deep, dark copper. White head. Roasty with a touch of smoke. Minimal aroma - again a bit of smoke.

Not bad for the style. Medium body with all the typical flavors (light on smoke). I’d drink it again.
