Commercial Description:
Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It’s an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".

On tap, Bottle Works. Color is pale gold. Aroma of green apples, Muscat grapes, a bit of paint. Flavor starts with lemon and pear zing, with distinct green grapes. Flavor moves sweet in the middle, leading into a semi-dry finish. Not bad, but I’m not that interested in this.

You know pretty good actually. I kind of thought this was a cheap cider, and its not particularly complex, but the pear taste is solid and its a crisp cider no matter what.

Light gold pour. Not much head. Crisp and sweet pears in the aroma and flavor. Very refreshing and very easy to drink. Very good for the style.

Bottle. Real good pear aroma on the nose just like the fruit. Fizzy bubbles all over the pint glass. Hazy gold body with head that fizzled out quick. Fruit pear flavored jucie with some carbination to it. Decent refreshment after working outside in the heat for couple of hours.

Light golden fizzy pour with little head. Nose is Bartlett pear. Tastes peary, with a nice natural pear flavor. A bit watery, with spare carbonation. Refreshing.

Pours an almost transparent light champagne yellow with a small fizzy ring for a head and lots of carbonation bubbles. Aroma is orchard, pears, apples and alight acidity. Flavor is juicy pears, golden apples, light sweetnews and a touch of cidery sourness. Easy to drink loads of carbonation and fairly one dimensional. Decent perry cider.

Draft. A light golden perry with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of pears. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruits and berries as well as notes of berries, leading to a dry finish.

clear pour is a pale straw color with a short lived white head. intoxicating aroma.... so floral and sweet tree fruit... pears, flowers and straw... unfortunately, that is about it. it is quite one dimensional as is the flavor... earthy, fruity, a tiny bit musty and a bit sweet with a long lasting floral aftertaste. i know that there are additives and artificials in here but... it’s pretty damn good. especially as the heat gets more oppressive. medium body and easy drinking. carbonation is crisp but somewhat subdued... 8/3/6/3/14/3.4
