Commercial Description:
Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It’s an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".

Wow, this stuff is actually good, unlike most of the other ciders I’ve tried. Tastes of pears and a little apple, with a champagne character in the mouth. Not great, but pleasant.

Looks like a white wine with a little bit of fizz to it. Has no head at all, and the bubbles are gone after a minute. The aroma is probably the most interesting thing about this strange liquid. It smells very sweet, like pear flavored gummy candies. Flavor is weak. It’s like water with a little bit of sugar and pear juice added. This is quite drinkable, but that’s not saying much.

From tap at Pizza Port Solana Beach. Pours clear and pale greenish yellow with a fully diminished head. Citric pear aroma. Flavour is clean and crisp sweet pears with a nice lingering acidic/citric flavour into the finish. Ends quite fruity and citric. Nice, although I guess the heat at this place helped me enjoy this one more than I would have done anywhere else.

Bottle. Very pale yellow body that reminded me of champagne. The aroma was light pear and a little bit vinous. The taste was like cheap canned pears with some hints of spice. There was also some woody dryness. A fast finish, this fades quickly.

Into this one! White winey aroma. Lots of pear, white grape, and sparkling chardonnay flavors throughout. Just dry and sweet enough. Mildy carbonated. Good stuff!

The aroma is just pears. The appearance is straw gold with a fizzy head that fades away so fast. The flavor is sweet with pears and a little alcohol. The palate is watery. Overall I like it but there isn’t much to it.

Received 12-oz bottle from Liquid Solutions.biz in Portland, Oregon. Pours a clear sparkling golden yellow cider with no head or ring. Aroma of light sweet pears, some apple character, and a touch of dark berries. Taste is spritzy, light bodied, some semi-sweet pear and apple flavors with a touch of citrus zest. Finish is semi-dry, crisp pear cider character with a near clean aftertaste after the finish.

22 oz bottle from BevMo: Pale clear chardonnay color with no head. Aroma is sweet pear. Flavor starts fruity with apple and pear, kinda chardonnay like, with a light citric bitterness in the finish. Light body is kinda dry with lively carbonation.
