Commercial Description:
Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It’s an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".

12 oz bottle shared by Enniskillen from John’s Marketplace; Nose of pear juice; translucent pale yellow with a few bubbles on the snifter’s sides; flavor of pear, you can almost detect the stone cells; very slightly tart, not sweet.

Bottle. Pale, almost wit colored but very clear. Fruity aroma with pear and strawberry notes. Very dry and light on the palate. Tons of pear flavors with some tart apple notes.

12oz bottle. Poured a light a clear yellow color with almost no head. Wow, talk about a fresh pear aroma. Some light apples in the background, but this one was all pears. Tastes of pears and apples. I really don’t like pears or ciders for that matter, but I liked this one.

This is one of the best ciders I’ve had. It is a bit sweet, but not as sweet as many, and the flavour and taste are fruity and very good. It is crisp and clean

Poured a very light yellow with no head. Nose of apples and pears. A lot of carbonation, and a nice crisp mouthfeel. Favors were mostly pear with a hint of apple. A very drinkable cider
