Nov 20, 2007 Bottle. Pale, almost wit colored but very clear. Fruity aroma with pear and strawberry notes. Very dry and light on the palate. Tons of pear flavors with some tart apple notes.

Nov 18, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a light a clear yellow color with almost no head. Wow, talk about a fresh pear aroma. Some light apples in the background, but this one was all pears. Tastes of pears and apples. I really don’t like pears or ciders for that matter, but I liked this one.
