Nov 20, 2007 Bottle. Pale, almost wit colored but very clear. Fruity aroma with pear and strawberry notes. Very dry and light on the palate. Tons of pear flavors with some tart apple notes.

Dec 28, 2007 Pale body. Aroma is white wine, pears, citrus. Taste is a nice pear sweetness. Good stuff.

Aug 7, 2009 Bottle. Real good pear aroma on the nose just like the fruit. Fizzy bubbles all over the pint glass. Hazy gold body with head that fizzled out quick. Fruit pear flavored jucie with some carbination to it. Decent refreshment after working outside in the heat for couple of hours.

Jul 12, 2008 Into this one! White winey aroma. Lots of pear, white grape, and sparkling chardonnay flavors throughout. Just dry and sweet enough. Mildy carbonated. Good stuff!

Aug 17, 2006 Quite the light and refreshing cider. VERY soft on the palate, this one is slightly sweet, not really all that dry and quick to finish with a clean palate with no cloying aftertaste at all. I’d have to say probably one of my favorite ciders so far.
