Aug 30, 2008 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at the Fox River Appleton location. Pours a clear golden pale yellow brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and thin ring. Aroma of light golden grain malt, a touch of corn grits, some grassy hops and some light citrus. Taste is light bodied, plenty of carbonation with an average golden grain malt and grassy hop flavor. Finish is light, crisp with a quick sharp bitterness that quickly disappears. A simple, yet solid light pilsener beer.

Jul 7, 2008 On tap at Fratellos Oshkosh. Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of corn, saaz hops and mild sweet malt. Taste of grassy hops, lemon and corn. Crisp, clean, dry and uneventful.

Dec 31, 2005 Dark Gold Coloring with White Ring. Bittersweet Malt, Grains and Sugar on the Nose. Light Carbonation. Some Grains, Grassy Notes..Sweet Sticky Mouthfeel. Pretty Smooth Overall...Light Dry Hop Aftertaste on the Back of the Throat...Very Subtle at the End. For a Pils, Certainly Has Some Character to It. Just Not My Style of Beer.

Dec 31, 2005 Dark gold color with a medium fizzy head. Very weird aroma of sour grass and sugar. Sickenly sweet syrup taste somehow coupled with a sour malt tang on the end. No thanks.
