Served in Frankenheim specific glass at Waldo Pizza. Brown, and crystal clear with no head. I felt the aroma was lacking but there was some choco-caramel notes. Very good Choco-caramel flavor though. Med body. For 2 bucks a glass you can’t beat it.

Bottle into kolsch glass, Edelweiss Restaurant, Bellevue NE. Yellowish off-white head over a bread-crust brown and clear beer. Aroma of bread/cookie, with a bit of citrus crisp. Prickly hops up front, candied caramel apple flavor is dominant, cookie, and brown sugar in a malty finish (some wheat malt notes of acidity and yeast). Great level of acidity and subdued sweetness. Nice european hops on the finish as well. A bit watery on the mouthfeel, medium bodied and softly balanced.

Beautiful dark amber color. Nice head out of bottle. Looks rich, and tastes terrific!!! Caramel sweet and coffee undertone makes this a very drinkable and thrist quenching beer. A little bit of a woodsy apple finish. I like this one very much. Great beer!!!

Strong ice tea color, some head and a little lacing. Malty aroma with some fruit undertones. Low carbonation. Malt is the strong point.

(bottle) Dark red to amber colour with ivory foamy head. Slight malty aroma with caramellish and fruity hints. The taste is ostensible malty, slightly toasted. Light to medium bodied, lively carbonated and crispy palate with a short medium dry finish

Clear, reddish brown with a creamy head that lasted and left nice lacing. The aroma was kind of lagery with noble hops and faint hints of malt; not all that appetizing. The flavour makes up a bit for what is lacking in the aroma: nutty and a unique, toasty malt combined with noble hops throughout the flavour and just a tiny hint of bittering. Biscuity with some curious fruit notes. Light to medium body and medium carbonation.

Bottle. Not bad, caramelly/nutty, with some brown sugar sweetness. Some woody dryness in the finish and a little fizzy. It was drinkable, but didn’t quite work.
