Solid brown with no head. Slight aroma of sweet maltyness. Taste is clean and crispy sweet. Taste of sweet malt and grains, yeast like notes, but very light. Light body feel, a small malty sweet tang with a slight hop presence. Everything about this beer speaks drinkable. Very clean and malty sweet. Not bad at all.

Sweet creamy nutty malts at first, finishes (like austinpowers says) like a hoppy pilsner. Nothing too exciting.

Nice brown with a strong malty nose. Slight yeast and spice pervading as well. The taste was very malty but with a slight bitterness almost like sourdough bread. Thin body, however, and a mild aftertaste led this to be an average beer.

Nose was beery, bready, and malty and probably led me to expect more than I should have from this brew. Flavor was somewhat bready but I wish there had been a little more going on. Pleasant and refreshing...pretty good.

Very attractive, slightly lighter in color than some other alts. Thick head. Malty nose, solid body with a nice hoppy finish. Good alt.

scotch-like, malty aroma. Pours a dark brown, head is thick and meaty. The malts are pleasant, making for a creamy palate. Flat flavour, especially in the finish. Still a solid beer.

Malt, brown sugar aroma, copper, medium toffee head. Malt and almond flavour, with some of the bitterness. Thinner than I would have liked. Very good, though. Thank You David.

Bottle: Poured with a little head, however it lasted a long time. It was a clear, dark brown color. A lot of malt was present in the nose and taste. Not a bad beer, but not a great one either.
NOTE: I might have rated this higher, however I just finished another beer that I rated a 5. Any other beer tonight will be a disappointment.
