Clear copper pour with a thin white head. Weak aroma and flavor of nuts, yeah, that’s all. The body is light with an oily texture and lively carbonation.

This draft brew from the brew pub poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated golden brown colored body. . The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow hoppy aftertaste. The thin flavor contained notes of malt hops astringent and grassy. Not one that I would buy again. Not much here and its very evident that there were not many or much ingredients used.

Draft at Frankenmuth Brewery. Small ivory head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, transparent, no visible carbonation, and a yellow gold hue. Nose was malty, sweet and some toffee. Flavor was some maltiness, subtle hops and toffee. Tingly palate. Medium body. What stands out about this brew is the nice toffee flavor.

looks like an amber beer should, draft, had a sweetness to it, small head, carbonated throughout, a little heavy with food

Its alright, but with many of their beers it lacks an assertive punch. I would not be sad to have it again, but definitly woudn’t choose it.

Tap. Light amber color. White head is fairly long lived. Hoppy aroma, mainly floral and earthy with subtle caramel malt. Medium bodied. Smooth. Dry and hoppy finish.

Part of a sampler at the brewery. I remember having tried this from a bottle before the tornado hit the brewery a few years back, I don’t remember anything else about it. It came out a clear red tinted brown with a thin head. There isn’t much aroma at all, perhaps it’s just being served too cold, but I get a little malt aroma, but no yeast esters or hops at all. There is almost no bitterness, and the malt flavor is thin, and tastes like wet toast. Mouthfeel is a little watery for an ale. I think there are better beers at this brewery than this.
