Commercial Description:
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

Bottle. Poured a hazy orangish color with a two finger white head that left lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma was citrus, spice, yeast, and malts. Flavor was banana, and other fruits. Decent aftertaste, thin to medium body. Decent beer.

Bottle from Three Sons. All of the character of a Hefe Weizen, though not as much head as some others or lacings, but plenty of citrus flavurs, but more complex with some roasted and caramel character coming through

Pours a cola like color with a quckly diminishing tan head. aroma of fruit, banana, and yeast. taste is fruity in the begining with banana and then its change to a more maltier taste of banana nut bread. moutfeel is light and too fizzy. this Dunkel is a tad too waterd down and lack charcter. overall, a ok dunkel.

500ml bottle. Poured a dark ruby with a thick tan head. Good carbonation, hazy almost cola like. Citrus and coriander notes with a sweet malt banana taste. Clean and very moreish.

1 pint .9 oz bottle from BevMo in Tucson, Poured a dark amber brown with a small white head that faded quickly. Very small amount of carbonation. Aroma is roasted bananas. Taste is again fruity with bananas at the front. The finish was a little dry with a little bitter metallic taste. It’s OK to be honest. I’m not a big fan of it, it’s missing something. The taste is a little too simple and it leaves me wishing for something more.
