Pours a pale brown, darker than the normal hefe but still somewhat pale for a Dunkelweizen. Nose is spicy and cloves/bananas dominate. Taste is pretty well balanced, mildly roasty and distinct Bavarian flavors of wheat bread and spice and a slight tartness in the middle.
