Commercial Description:
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

Bottle pours hazy brown in color with a creamy off-white head. For some reason, the aroma reminds me of overcooked (not burnt) oatmeal raisin cookies. Flavor is light malt and yeast with the slightest touch of clove. Nothing outstanding, but definately worth a try.

Muddy amber-brown color with thin white head. Fresh citrusy, phenolic aroma. Citruses dominate in the flavor, along with phenolic banana feel and refreshing clove spiciness. It leaves oily, yeasty feel in the finish. Easy-drinking pleasant dunkel wheat.

Pours hazy brown with a small cream head. Aroma is bold and for me the best part of the beer. Its deep complex with fruit, apricot and prune with malt overtones. Then the first sip and you wonder what happened to the flavor. Yeast and malt flavor flaver dominate while your tast bud search for the flavor of the aroma. Then the beer disappears from your palate. Not impress at all.

Hazy amber with a small head. Nose is big wheat with notes of coriander. Hints of peach and malt. Some apricots. Taste is wheat, some citrus, coriander. Pretty much like aroma. Nice balance but a bit simple perhaps. too much apricots/prunes or something for me. Carbonation is lively.

Pours hazy dark maroon, big, fluffy light tan head. Aroma of citrus and toffee. Yeasty taste, with bananas and grapefruit. Light finish. Not bad.

Bottled. murky brown and looks like cider. head is big and creamy but totally disappears quickly. Yeasty aroma with some sweet malt and sour fruit Sour fruit taste also with big yeast alive on the tongue. Bready and uneventful. Not exciting. Long finish

Beer poured dark and cloudy with a very healthy head. Wheat aroma and flavor was there, but not much else. Still was enjoyable.
