Jul 23, 2009 Dark brown cloudy pour with a surprisingly white head that disperses rather quickly. Banana on the nose as well as the palate. Relatively sweet beer with a very refreshing taste.

Jul 23, 2009 .5L bottle enjoyed with a Lentil buger at Blanc Burgers + Bottles in Leawood, Kansas. Pour is hazed/cloudy brown orange ruby. Nice one inch tan head. Banana sweetness and caramel are on the nose initially, followed by wheat and some dusty grass. Taste is soft wheat, banana, sweet caramel and slightly citrus tangerines. Slight bit of roast in the back. As it went along, sweetness subsided some, and became more pleasant. near the finish, it turns to dusty straw hay. Palate is medium, slickly mouth coasting with a nice level of carbonation - drinkable.

Jul 19, 2009 Pours cloudy brown with an offwhite fizzy head. Nose is wheat. Taste is spicy and sweet, with notes of cinnamon and caramel. A nice dunkelweizen.

Jul 13, 2009 0.5 L bottle from Systembolaget. A firm offwhite head upon a dark reddish-brown, translucent body. Soft, light nutty malt aroma. Some yeast tones and touch of candy-sugar. Taste is quite mellow; wheaty, and medium sweet. Faint caramel and touch of dark fruits. Softly carbonated and light-bodied. Short wheaty finish. Too soft maybe, lacks some attitude.
